Winter must work hard to impair this old bridge.  Being covered as it is it  has lasted since 1880 and still carries traffic through all seasons.  Its particular architecture is unique as it has a ramp from the ground to the bridge, (a bridge to the bridge) so to speak. This is the oldest bridge in my area. This was the first print of the Bean Blossom Bridge . . . there is also a fall scene of it in the Mill Pond Press Collection.
