Not Available as a Print

This is one of my favorite places to paint. During the turn of the century and up until the mid 1900's Furnas Mill stood here on Sugar Creek serving the community for miles around.  As WW2 occurred the area was taken to house camp Atterbury as a training camp for American troops.  At the end of the war the area was turned back to the community and remnants of the old dam is all that remains.  It now is a popular spot for fishermen, canoeist, and of course artists.  Being only about five miles from my home I visit the area often . . . you may agree, it's easy to see why.
