"Art is about sharing, working together toward a common goal,  to accomplish the finest results in art to the best of our ability.  My workshops are very informal . . . no dress code, no pop quiz or test, no pressure, simply a motivational, creative, and inspirational environment with enjoyment and camaraderie among fellow artist and friends". - Luke Buck

Workshop request: I will be doing a limited amount of workshops throughout the year for select galleries, art groups, and organizations.  If you know of an organization that might be interested in having a workshop have them contact me for information.

299 East Broadway Street, Greenwood, Indiana 46143  Phone 317-882-5562
I want to say "Thank You" to the workshop chairman's, Mary Bridwell & Barbara Thomas,  along with all the members of the South Side Art League and other participants of the Workshop.   I had a great time.  They have a wonderful facility with two buildings. One with spacious class rooms, and the other with their beautiful gallery, both placed on their wooded grounds in the Old Town Section of Green Wood, Indiana.   My wife Coleen and I were welcomed and greeted with coffee, donuts, and drinks along with refreshments throughout the workshop.  All went well . . .  class was available for the beginner and advanced watercolor painters but all of the students present were primarily knowledgeable and advanced in watercolor painting plus they were well equipped with quality supplies which I believe is essential in such a diversified and complex medium. This made my job much more pleasurable.  I thoroughly enjoyed myself and would recommend to any artist to become a part of  this  active art group.  For more information on this organization visit their website; www.southsideartleague.org    See the photos of the class below and some of the artist working hard as Luke cracks the whip.
